"Professional Referrals Organization to
network with local businesses October 27
AURORA – On Thursday, October 27, the Professional Referrals Organization (PRO) will host its annual Wine and Cheese Networking Event for members of local businesses. PRO is one of the area's most progressive business referral groups.
The event will be held at the Timberlane Athletic Club, 155 Vandorf Road, Aurora, from
6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in celebration of Small Business Week in Canada.
The membership of PRO is made up of individuals representing different categories of business in the area. You can find more information about the organization from PRO's website at www.professionalreferralsorganization.ca, which provides details about PRO and its members – and the categories they represent. While only one member per category can join, PRO is always looking for new members to enhance its already active and thriving organization.
A $10 registration fee will give you access to an evening with lots of opportunity to network with other professionals, good food and door prizes. It's a wonderful chance to get acquainted with PRO's members and find out how they work successfully together.
And what better way to build your business than to join a group of individuals dedicated to building their businesses and YOURS!

On October 27, the Professional Referrals Organization (PRO) hosted its annual
Wine and Cheese Networking Event for members of local businesses at the
Tuscany Event Centre in Aurora. Despite the driving rain, the event was tremendously
well attended and, judging by the faces of the attendees, much enjoyed. It was an opportunity for PRO members and local business people to mix and mingle, and
share what they do. It was also a chance to celebrate Business Week in Canada.

PRO Summer SPLASH 2010
PRO members and families got together on August 7, 2010, for fun and fellowship at Carolyn Bogseth's home for a Summer SPLASH.
PRO members raise funds for Doane House Hospice
PRO members like to give back to their communities - the Swing Sistas (Maureen Burleson, a long-term volunteer for Doane House Hospice and friends Cheryl McCombe from West Pine Promotions,
Tracy Bowen from Silpada Designs Jewellery and Christine Simone of Simone Performance Imports) were the "most honest foursome and best dressed foursome" at the Doane House Hospice fundraiser and golf tournament on June 17. The fun event was held at Station Creek Golf Club.
